AC Tempature Sensor Location?

No it's the sensor that prevents the air conditioner compressor coming on under 43 F. The reason I am asking is that my dad found a way to block the outside air from coming in when running the defroster. They are dumping tons of road salt on the roads here and it gets sucked into the vehicle when running the fan. He is having an allergic reaction too it. The only problem when the temperature gets below 43 f the windows fog up like crazy. It would be nice to be able to have the ac run to defog it. He is wondering if there is a way to disable this.
