Meet the 6.4L Power Stroke

A series of photographs of the new engine.

Looks like the red truck from the SEMA show.

well I have worked in some bad engine compartments but that things looks nasty to work on!! especially if you ned to work on it as much as a 6.0 it gonna be bad! But I am looking foward to this engine being a home run! Though it will be 10 or 15 till I own one!

re

HOLY .... are they going to launch this into orbit !! Looks like a NASA engineer had a "dream". Now I KNOW I do not want any part of this.

Time will tell I guess, but this looks like a nigthmare and I wonder if the others (GM and Dodge) look like this.

WOW !!!!!!!

yall can thank your government for all the pipes. it does look scary, but so did the 6.0 when it came. some things are usually bad but then they get better with time.

Few of the things that caught my attention;
There is no more wiring into the Valve cover gasket, it goes into the head itself( able to run bigger wiring?)
Pre turbo pryometer

Wow, everything is packed in so tight under the hood, I sure hope they don't need to be worked on too often.
