2001 SD middle seat ?
Looking to buy a 2001 SD ext cab, but the front has only 2 bucket seats, I need seating for 3 up front. What is the easiest way to add the middle seat or is it possible?
Pull the buckets and put a bench
Add some sort of center seat
How hard is it to add seat belts for the center ?
How many different front seat config where there for 2001?

My 2003 SD (see sig) has the 40/20/40 setup (see link). The middle 20 has the fold down arm rest, but when raised can seat someone. I would recommend looking into that setup. The '99-'04 SD's are pretty much interchangeable...

If possible...try finding a setup like that at a salvage yard (if not to purchase...at least to get some measurements and evaluate).
