82f150 running poorley,need help asap
ok so i have a 82 f150, 2wd, at, 302 at. it was idling and running poorley like loobing really bad and unless the rpm were up it would sputter out and die. i replaced to fuel filter. helped a little bit, but i still couldnt figure out the problem. took it to a shop, the adjusted the timing, and said it needed a new carburetor. so i went out and got a new carb, put it on yesterday, started it up sounded like it was running better but once the engine got warmed up and the choke kicked off it started running poorley and again just like in the begining. its idling so bad that the vacumm isnt good and is messing with my brake booster so my brakes arent working well at all. i have no idea whats worng with it and i was hoping you guys would have some ideas before i just give up ad get rid of it or take it to a shop again. any help would be appriceated!!!!! and asap too, this is my only form of tranportation. thanks
