I finally get my 1955 F-250 on the road and after all my hard earned cash and sweat equity in installing a 302 and AOD in my '55, my oil pump has failed. I hope no serious engine damage was done. I was on my way to work and suddenly the engine got louder. I thought maybe a header gasket had blown. When I got to work I listened and man it sounded dry! I shut it down immediately and now I have it at a mechanics to have it checked out.

I put Prolong in the engine so I am hoping nothing permanent was done. I will throw a site together and post some pictures as it is a work in progress!
