You will probably want to find out what kind of service history the truck has experienced in the past. Also, did the truck receive the full/recommended service at 90,000 miles. Good luck

That info will greatly assist you when performing maintenance on your Super Duty.
You can order oil, fuel, transmission and air filters from FTE sponsor Diesel Filters Online. They sell genuine Racor oil and fuel filters which is very important. Some aftermarket filters don't meet Ford specifications.
Make sure the oil you choose is CI-4+ API rated. The TorqShift transmission takes Mercon SP fluid and is only available from Ford or a couple of site sponsors. There is no aftermarket transmission fluid which meets Mercon SP specs at this time.
Check back in the 6.0 Forum when you have any questions, this is a great resource with very helpful PSD owners.

Find (or download) the owners manual. Besides routine oil changes (most folks change every 3-5,000 miles) the 6.0 has a recommended 15,000 mile fuel filter replacement. Each 30,000 mile increment has several items including tranny fluid, air filter etc. The 60,000 mile recommended service includes a laundry list of "inspect/replace" items and so does the 90,000 mile service. This is why the truck's service history would be very helpful. When it doubt... Get that fluid out
