Cool hiissing noise

when i first start my truck it runs good for 30 seconds then the engine revs up and i hear this hissing noise sounds like high pressure line or opening a bottle of coke lol then i drive off and it runs fine but it comes and goes when it hissies engine boggs down and black smoke comes from tail pipe.no check engine light but exhaut backpressure reading goes from 15.5 to 29.5 when its hissing.after about 6 miles on the road never happens again.also smell of diesel and exhaut in cab all the time.useing evolution programer on 80 extra hp,4 inch turbo back. no leaks on ground under truck .

1. Check your valley for fuel puddles - Drain valve o-rings prime suspect

2. Check exhaust clamps

If it coming from the engine area check your up-pipes and marmon clamp. Sign of up pipe leak is major soot on firewall behind and below the turbo

If you are smelling exhaust in the cab, and not raw diesel, then you have leaks at your turbo up-pipes. Look in the area where they go into the turbo and you will see that there is a lot of black buildup.
