My license plate and running board lights don't work any longer. I'm not sure why exatly but I need to replace the license plate lights. I checked my manual but there doesn't seem to be any mention of these lights anywhere.

The bulb is a 194 according to my lookup.

 

you may be able to get a tiny arm behind there and get the bulbs out. other than that, i broke mine trying to get them out from the front. $16 for the pair..

 

They're tricky little buggers. The little grey housing part actually stays stuck into the bumper... don't pry on it or anything. Reach in from behind (easiest if you lay under the truck) and grasp the light by its socket, and give it a little twist (quarter turn or so). Can't remember which direction. It'll come right out, then, socket and bulb. Replace the bulb, reinsert into the housing, give it a twist back to lock it in.
