Coil springs & front end rebuild

Hello,
I'm getting ready to do a complete rebuild of my front end (95 F-150 2*4) and have several questions. First, does anyone have an opinion as to replacing the coil springs, Is it necessary? I have 165000 miles and am not sure if they are routinely replaced. Secondly, I'm getting lazy in my old age and am going to pay someone to do the work and am not sure how to find the right shop. Anybody have any suggestions in the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comMaryland suburbs of <ST1Washington DC</ST1? In advance I would like to thank any and all who answer<O

I replaced the front coil springs on my 77 F150 that had 113000 miles on them while I was doing the front end rebuild. One of the reasons I decided to get new ones was that I was sandblasting/painting all the suspension parts during the rebuild and the thought of sandblasting those old rusty springs was not too appealing. Besides I would hate to have to tear it all apart again later if one of the old springs broke, it also adds to one's peace of mind knowing everything has been replaced.
