Question Safety switch

Hello Ford Buddies...

I had an experience with my Ford150 Series 2.x2. My truck should of blown up. I had someone play a joke on me as a back yard mechanic. They pulled off the inside wiring somewhat of a new fuel pump. Well, the truck kept shutting down. I even had a neighbor out here drive the truck, did the same thing. So I took it back to the rural dealer here. And his nephew went through the entire truck mechanics. The only thing left was the new fuel pump. He couldn't believe what he seen. So we put a new one on and I was in the GO light from there. And then I had to replace the computer which has 114 slots. The dealer showed me that slot blotted out computer. Whew it was some experience. We never turned the guy in. Just let him be in the wonder. I am in an area there is social justice of sorts. I am grateful to Ford for that safey switch. When I ask others in my pathways in life, they had never heard of a safety switch. Anyone ever have an experience on their safety switch?

Jacq
