Replacement front discs???
I managed to trash my front rotor (pads fell apart towing the trailer and gouged the crap out of the discs) so I'm wondering if there is a good aftermarket disc to replace the stockers? I'd really like the brakes to be better but I don't need a "racetrack" setup...

i know they make hi performance discs for my 79 1/2 ton so they should make some for your vehicle also. Why dont you give one of our sponsors a try in the left section of the screen. Brakes rotors and pads www.buybrakes.com they might can help you out. I checked it out and it seemed like a good site.

I'd do a search on ebay and see what's to offer. There are a couple, at least 2, suppliers of slotted and drilled discs. For a four wheel set (front and back)one of the companies has rotors and semi-metallic pad kits for under three hundred. I'll post the link to the set I'm going to order. Copy and paste it into your browser if the link doesn't work. Or just do an ebay search. A neighbor of mine has been using these brakes for a long time and loves them.
