94 Donor Vehicle for my 92- E4OD MAF conversion coming soon
Well, looks like someone really screwed up. Seems that the wrecking yard that my wife knows some of the guys at is getting an abandoned 94 in this coming week. My 92, I just found out, needs a rebuild.
Good Bye Speed Density!!!!!!!!!!
Now, the 64K Question- Other than the block, harness, and ECM, if it is Mass Air, is there anything else that I will need to change out?
Even if it is Speed Density on the 94, I need the motor. I have found alot of AT Mass Air 94 and 95 F-150's lately and am getting my parts together for the swap.

They have not gotten it in yet but they think it is a 351W. They are not sure if the block is still good. I cannot use the fram or main part of the cab because they cannot get a title on it so I have to use it as a donor vehicle.
I know in the past you or someone had asked why I am wanting to go to a MAF setup from the SD system. With the condition my block is in, I have to have a rebuild done anyway. The machine shop that I am looking at to do the work says they can do a few mods and machine it to fine tolerance. They will also do plenty of head work and convert it to a full roller engine. If I stay SD, any benefits I might gain from this would be negated by the factory settings for the factory engine.
The donor truck has a lift that I will not be taking and the rubber is shot, those are the only problems I know of. It has a new E4OD in it and I will probably take the t-case. I also plan to take every bit of wiring it in and run it in mine. Along with every bit of interior plastic.
This will almost be a frame off restoration of my Bronco. I guess I should look at getting it blasted and painted while I have it stripped.

If you put ecm ,engine harness , fenderwell harness (Don't know if in cab contector is same wiring.) I'd take the wires for maf , and all wires to engine harness out of new harness (there is one for each injector but the air sensor is moved to air filter box) and put in your trucks harness. I've done it both ways and its easier than swapping whole harness in bay and newer truck has air bags . Switching wires isn't hard once you figure it out .As well as Maf air box

351 in 94 is still speed density. The swap to MAF didn't happen on the 351's til at least 95 to the best of my knowledge. If you are swapping from a SD 302 to a SD 351 the firing order is different. If you are swapping from a SD 351 to MAF 351 what you mentioned should be all that its needed. By 1995 the MAF 302's had adopted the firing order of the 351 so that the transition to MAF along with OBD-II in 1996 could be as seemless as possible and make it a simpler process since identical firing orders did not necessitate different OBD-II computers for the two engines.
