Fuel leak

fuel leak
I have fuel leak from the foont of the motor but I have not been able to locate it as of yet. Was wordering if there is a easy way of checking the injector pump? 90 7.3 and I smell fuel while driving and a small wet spot on the ground center of truck just rear of the radiator. Thanks for the help.

Which side of the motor? If its on the passenger side, near the radiator, it could be the fuel filter or the lift pump. They are both right there. If the injection pump is leaking, the valley pan would be wet and drains towards the back of the engine.

The position of the leak indicates it might be near the fuel pump on the right side of the engine. It will be hard to see and best if go from underneath to look. If it was the injection pump it would pool right under it at the top of the engine.
I have found fuel lines along the frame leaking on my 93 so look there also.
