After I get my 56 F100 on the road ,I'm going to get a 61 unibody from a friend of mine . The 61 does not have a tailgate . I've seen some other unibodys & I hate the looks of the stock tailgates . Anybody got pictures of custom tailgates on unibody trucks ? I believe I can make something that looks better than the stockers .Thanks

 

I agree that the rear end of a uni is not its best angle! I like the uni side with the rear caps/tailgate from a 64-66. Lots of metal surgury but if your capable of custom building a tailgate, then you could prolly pull it off!
