Question Oct 7 in Mauldin

Did any gas trucks make it to the dyno runs ?
Curious about how it went. Any chance the Chapter could setup a gtg there for
testing.
I am considering a XCAL-2 from Troyer Performance. Any comments ?

Hey Rick,
I atempted to, but was a week early (duh) and had truck trouble to top it off. Then this past weekend, I had other stuff come up that stopped me. Thats a good idea to see if the "crew" would go for a g2g there.

I may have to make a few official phone calls on behalf of the group. Anybody else up to this?

Dave

That "trouble" was very unfortunate.... sorry Dave

You have my support on this.. Let me know if you need help.

I myself am waiting on calls back from our State Parks and Services for something in the near future
....not to Hi-jack Rick's thread..
but I'm trying to get another g2g going in the nearrr future to see if we can get a better turn out.... and maybe gather up some FTE goodies to hand out

To hop back on topic...
I had seriously thought of going to see what my truck @ stock was going to pull-out... (snicker) So if we can get one set up for "US" then maybe I won't be so horsepower shy...

Coolio,
I have Automotive specialists phone number on my cell, I'll give them a call on one of my breaks this week and see what they say. There are a few people with nice Ford trucks at work and I'll see about a notice on the B-board if this pans out.
And don't worry about your truck going on a dyno. I'll bet mine would give any other vehicle a run for the money.

I'll let everyone know something as soon as I know something

.... have you considered the Edge too? I hear that's a fairly decent "tuner"...
