Simply swap in a Lightning pulley (or a Lightning "boost" pulley for even more), the appropriate belt and then get a tuner to write a tune for it. Its done all the time, very easy to do. The HD SC is the same as the Lightning other than tuning the pulley size.
At least a couple of the vendors on this site, Jusnes Modified and Troyer Performance, can help with this

Right, it is as simple as changing the pulley. Depending how much boost you add, you may also have to use larger injectors to match the extra air with more fuel.
In either case, I would STRONGLY recommend you get this modified setup tuned on a dyno. I for one would not attempt to send you a mail order tune, because just guessing at the fuel needed is bad practice. You should be able to find a local speed shop willing to do this for you

The stock injectors are good for 450 to 500hp at the wheels before you need to upgrade them.
Sal at PSP, Jim at JDM, and Running With the Devil all provide very good custom email tunes. But, I would personally only use them until you can get on a dyno, so you can get everything from the mods you bolt on, in a safe manner.
Email custom tunes are common practice for the L's and HD's. They are better than the canned tunes preloaded on the Predator and SCT handheld, but not as good as a dyno tune.
As for where to get a lower pulley? I personally like Lightning Force Performance. LFP has very competitive prices and the product is very well built. LFP has a quick change lower pulley set up that is very popular.

Don't forget, on the HD you need to change out the upper pulley. A 2lbs Lightning pulley will not add 2lbs on an HD due to the larger upper pulley the HD has. First thing, get a Lightning upper pulley (or even smaller). That puts you in the ball park for Lightning boost. Then, if you need more, swap out the lower.
Give Jay a call on the pullies... he's got some leads on some of our sponsor companies selling them well under cost (demand went through the floor when the Lightning was discontinued). 770-736-7122 ext 105.
For intakes, Air Force One makes a damn good Lightning intake that will work, but the reliability of the company is questionable. They've had a hard time meeting delivery dates in the past.

WHy order a whipple 8 rib pulley? Your truck has an eaton supercharger, not a whipple. You dont need to swap out the upper pulley, if you order a 6lb lower pulley for the lightning, it will up the boost by 4lbs on your HD. Also, get a new set of plugs, the TR6's gapped between .35 and .38 will suit you fine.
