What kind of gain would a set of pulleys show? I've heard it's pretty minimal. How about combined with other mods? Are they really even worth looking into?

Manufacturers put numbers on their sites, but believe me... the power gains are not that great.

As far as mods in general - I currently have just about every aftermarket engine related mod installed on my truck (custom CAI, 75mm TB, TBS, pulleys, e-fan, catback, 90mm MAF, programmer). The only one, outside of a power adder, I'm missing is the headers (they are in the box and will eventually go in). Having never dyno'd my truck, but knowing what a supercharger will do...

Supercharger, man.

The other stuff, if it crosses over, won't hurt your setup with a good tuner... but in an NA'd engine (no power adder) the gains most of these mods show are seen in the higher rpms. The e-fan and pulleys will produce gains, but not significant ones and you shouldn't use the underdrive pulleys when you supercharge. Best overall gains are the power adders followed by the programmer.

If you want to play and see what works, it's your money. I chose to dabble, just to see, but I can't say anything outside of the programmer really gained anything.
