With the key in the ignition, turn the switch to the accessory position. Put a paper clip in the little hole above the key (all the way in). Push the lock set in and turn the key past the accessory location until it releases and then it will pull out of the switch. Don't break the key!!!!!!

Removal of the Bezel is easy but can really be a pain if you break the bezel.
Reach up under the dash and grab the switch housing. Push it very hard toward the rear of the cab while turning the bezel counterclockwise. you should feel the bezel "click" loose. then pull and rock gently on the switch housing until it pulls free.
Take care not to bend the tangs on the bezel or break one of the pins on the housing.
Good Luck,
Krosati

Steve, Do what Skip said first, after you get the cylinder out, you can remove the bezel as krosati said. The key must be horizontal and off on the bezel vertical before the cylinder will come out, if it will come at all. I had to drill my last one to get the bugger out.
With your left hand holding the bezel, reach behind with your right push forward and counter clockwize and it should come apart.
