Shouldn't be any different than the others. Lots of filters, a heater or two and maybe a small electric pusher pump.

I put in a homemade veggie kit in my 6.9 last year and it worked great, since then the engine swallowed a valve ( not from the veggie) and am presently entering the end process of putting on a 7.3. Truck ran fine on veggie as long as I kept the oil temp at 80° C. I have to rethink my veggie tank as the first one was just an ice cooler, kept the oil nice and warm but was too small. The secret of course for our IP's is heating the oil, had no problems with rubber falling apart but then I didn't drive too many miles with it.I still plan on hooking it back up with the 7.3 engine but not until next spring.
