No electrical power?

I have a 94 F150 5.0 with the e4od. Today I lost all electrical power to the vehicle. Battery is good 12.6 volts. No lights in the cab no headlights no radio no ignition no wipers no nothing.

No brake lights or emergency flasher either.

All under hood fuses look good.

Any help diagnosing much appreciated.

Sure doesn't sound like it. Classic symptom of a failed battery (under load!), bad battery cable, or bad connection of a battery cable (either end of either cable).

You need a meter and then start tracing until you find where the power stops.

This should be an easy one, though it might not seem like it at first.

Measure battery voltage when it's loaded down, it isn't unusual for open circuit voltage to read OK, though choke when an actual load is applied. If the voltage is unchanged then look for a defective major battery terminal connection, something like that.

Thanks everyone. Turned out to be a bad terminal on the
negative cable. I replaced the terminal. All is well now.
