JUst found out I have a lobe missing on my camshaft. Here's what I have. Rebuilt mirror 105 block, stolk pistons, just re-done c4aeg heads, edlebrock performer rpm intake, hedman headers,600 holley , in a 1976 f250 4x4. Any advice on what cam to install. It has the self adjusting rockers. Thank you very much.
I just had a rebuild w/ the comp cam .519 lift and its a very good street cam on my 68 mustang with manual trans. Not too radical, pretty stong performer.
I had asked this once before kind of.. but since there is a new thread on it and my build is rather commited now as if it werent from the start due to funds and just plain stubborn bullheadedness..LOL
Any chance of getting a real basic idea of where this motor might be now versus when stock via a desk dyno ?
It was a bone stock 1966 352 truck motor, 2 bbl, logs, C6TEG heads, flat top pistons.. cam specs as per book read (Intake/Exhaust: @ lifter .232 @ valve .401)
after the ridge reamer stunt it's a 352 .030 -246NP .030 pistons with valve reliefs, 2bbl, logs, C6TEG heads, crank is standard, and RV cam specs (Dur@50 Int:204/Exh:214, Valve lift Int: .484/Exh: .510, Lobe Sep Int:107/Exh117
I'm just looking for a comparison from old to new for a general expectation.
(Powerband,Trq,HP) kinda wondering what my driving habits should be for it to be happy...
