05 f250 ac problem
when the selecter is on max/ac the air is directed onto the windshield like it is in defrost mode.has anyone else experienced this.i want to try to fix this problem myself so i dont get reflashed at the dealer if i bring it in for the warranty to cover it.

Sounds like a vacuum leak or a bad blend door actuator.pull the passenger glove box open and squeeze the sides in to get it to open further.
Behind the glove box is the ac/heater plenium with the actuator ,chk for it's operation when using max ac.
also if you have a vacum leak in the system the default always puts the ac/air to the windsheild.
Common vac leak areas are the front hubs ,if you have esof 4x4 hoses fall off or crack
on the back of the front knuckle.
