F-250 wont crank when hot??

I have been having problems with my 88 F-250 FI,351,4x4 HD king cab.
I did the usual through tune up,cleaned/replaced my batt terminals,am working on the grounds ect... right now.
I took my Batt back and it was OK,Napa said it was a good.
When I drive it for a while if I stop and turn the truck off I cant get it to crank back up(like the batt's dead)?
After it sits it turns over but not as fast as it should?
I rechecked my plug wires to see if I had screwed up there but that wasnt it.
Im on a really limited income and like an hour away from any stores ect..so I want to try to get the right parts ect.. the first time lol!!
What should I be looking for?
It seems to have alot of spark at the battery when it wont crank and when I hook up the charger or jump it off?
Im thinking maybe the starters bad?
I took the Pos cable off and she stayed running so I dont think it's the Alt?
Any ideas guys,
I really appriciate any help you can offer,
Thanks,

Gotta go with quicklook. Sounds like the bearings are probably grotted up with brush dust and old grease. Doesn't take long to swap one out. I got mine at Advance Auto for about $65 if I remember right. If it's the first time out, go ahead and get some new bolts (grade 8 preferably) because you're probably gonna chew the heads up on the OE's pretty bad getting them out. Can't remember the size, tho. Seems they were 3/8 - 18 x 2.5". Someone wanna check me on this one?

Hey thanks for the replys guys!!!
So far I have cleaned my terminals and checked all conections ect..
I took all my grounds off and cleaned and greased them too.
I found my miss,I put new plugs in last spring and must have cracked one of the insulaters so it was arching.
It cranks and runs good so far,Im going to drive it tomorrow and see how it goes?
If it dosnt keep cranking after it gets warmed up I will pick up a new starter when I get paid!
Thanks again,

i would have the ignition module checked too, dont just buy parts without knowing the problem i have replaced way too much crap on my truck for this reason. The module is on your distributor, I am not sure about what you are asking though. Does it try to turn over at all after being hot? Or does it turn over fine but not start?
