Ok, I need a little clearification on something. Now as I understand it, the speed density controls how much fuel is dumped on the signal the TPS sends. That signal is how far open the butterflies are open, which the computer was programed to know how much air that's equal to basedon the stock engine. If I just went to a bigger cam and heads(valves) the engine now intakes more ar that it actually thinks. That should cause this thing to run lean, right? If I'm way off please shed some light.

The short answer is yes, you are correct. This is why speed density can only be run with certain cams/heads because there is no provision for a lot of variation to the volumetric capacity of the induction system. Assuming you are running a cam/heads that are ok for use with the speed density system, the computer will still be able to operate "within established parameters" so to speak. The TP sensor is not the only sensor that the computer uses to determine fuel/air ratio. The O2 sensor in the exhaust also "sniffs" the oxygen level in the exhaust gasses and the computer then adjusts based on that reading as well.
