Electric motor noise in dash

Have an '04 Explorer XLT. Am hearing an electric motor noise in behind the dash (or at least it sure sounds that way). Not the cd player or wiper motor.
Anyone tell me what it may be? It sounds like it's spinning. Is there a motor that controls vents on the driver side maybe? Noise only happens when you are travelling, not when you're idling.

Never mind,,found it..where the fifth rear end replaced, the emergency brake cable had to be bent out of the way and it was touching the driver rear tire and scrubbing against the tire and the rim,,,bent it back out of the way and problem solved
