I would consider the ball joints and tie rods at about 19000 miles both my upper and lower were shot and my inner and outer tie rods... it was a Lotta money close to 2k with labor

WOULDN'T THAT BE A WARRANTY REPAIR?
THEY DID NOT SAY ANYTHING WHEN THEY DID THE ALLIGNMENT BACK A WEEK OR SO,THEY SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THAT RIGHT.

I have the 2004 F150 Screw with about 30000 miles also and have the same problem. I've taken it back to the dealer several time and they tell me everything is within specs. I've had to replace my 17 inch Generals at about 25000 miles because chunchs of rubber were breaking of the thread. The dealer told me there was nothing wrong. I have sence replaced the Generals with a better tire. That helped some. I think the bottom line is the F150 XLT Screw is set up to ride like a car and not a truck. It seems too heavy for the suspension. It bounces all over the road when you go over dips in the road. I love this truck and hate it. If I had it to do over I wouldn't buy an XLT Screw but buy an F150 will a stiffer suspension that rides like a truck.
