It was some code that got pasted back into the post template by mistake. Took it out.

The change is because we thought it would be a nice thing to do since we've been able to offset some of the bandwidth fees of the main server by moving a lot of image files over to a server on the office T1 (which costs us the same each month no matter how much bandwidth it uses).

Is there some limit on what can be placed in the signatures? Maybe there is a number of lines or number of letters or something? I see some members who have images in them even. LOL

I am glad they are public now. The information in them should help everyone to answer questions better. For instance: A lot of posts don't say what year model someone has, but usually the signature does.

This is my fourth attempt to post in this thread. Somehow they are not getting listed. I'm not getting any error messages either.
My second attempt was regarding why my sig was not showing up, but that seems to be fixed. The count under my user name shows correct with 28 and now 29 (if this shows up).
Can anyone explain this?

plow/truck:

A. This section is the annoucements section, not a support section therefore all posts to this section automatically moderated.
B. Posting repeatedly when somethingg is auto-moderated just creates more work for me.
C. The user update system only runs once per hour, this helps discourage people pad posts quickly simply so the can get a signature.

Brian,

Yes, there is a limit, but its not on the number of lines, its on the number of characters. This information has always been there, you simply floated your mouse over the signature line and it floated up on the screen. Now that you've got this freebie, maybe you can step up and sign-up for Club FTE?

This forum has posts set to being moderated. So, they won't show up until one of the Administrator's "approves" the post.

Thanks for the info. This site is different from the others I use. Now that I know the rules…I can have fun.
