Got the stroker muddy this weekend

we found a mud hole saturday night and i was surprised how well the truck did for being how big and heavy it is but i did get stuck, and spent 5 hours washing it sunday. this was stock height and tires. it was a lot of fun going through it but washing it was a different story

uh, you missed a spot. getting it dirty, not cleaning it. the top part of the grille is not dirty, whats up with that?

did you get enough mud flying that you got mud on the surface of the mirrors?

Dude wheres the love?!!? I can't find a muddy puddle if it was to save my life! The cops here in Geneva are so ****.....just not worth getting a $5k ticket for trespassing!

Shes pretty muddy for stock setup, good job.

actually it was on private property that we had permission to be on. but we did get the cops called on us for being too loud. i can let you know if we go back down there and you could come. there were probably 25 trucks there and all of them looked as bad as mine.

Playin in the mud is fun, but man, what a pain to clean it. Especially the underside of the truck. Trying to get all the mud and muck off there is not my favorite. That's a good time to either own your own pressure washer, or know someone that does.

One of my buddies has a video of me backing out of a little mud hole, where I almost got the big truck stuck. It was straight piped at the time, and I had the hammer down. You can see the leaves on the trees about 10 feet away being blown from the exhaust. The sound on the video didn't do it justice though.

Good looking pics, its allways fun getting the mud on, but getting it off is another story. Last time my truck looked like that it took me four and a half hours to clean it. I was under my truck on a creeper with a garden hose and a pair of goggles. I had to hose myself off after that. lol

it was off highway 36 and loomis road. i dont know what county it is though. yeah there were only 2 diesels there and one was a 6 liter. the 2 psd were the only stock trucks there almost everyone had lifts and tires, and most had no mufflers so it did get pretty loud. yeah i was laying under it for like 2 hours just pulling chunks of mud from everywhere and i still have to drop the skidplates and bumper if i want to get the rest of it. cant wait for my 4 inch lift with 35's haha my parents just shook their head and diddnt say anything when they saw it in the morning

Only took a couple of times doing that to realize that an atv is the way to go for that stuff for me. 2 hours and it's spotless along with the bed of the truck that brought it there.

I would try to if he hadn't moved to California last year. I have no idea where the video is now. I'll see if he still has it though, and can maybe send it to me.

I went playin in the mud one time. The stroker probably wont be doing it again. It took me 4 hours just to clean the outside 2 hours underneath with a powerwasher, then it cost me $2900. The vent tubes got plugged for my trans and the condensor all the way to the radiator got packed with mud. i didnt think about it until i was driving going 85 mph trying to get home one day and i look down and the engine temp was getting close to H, not in the danger zone but it was up there. After taking most of the front end apart and cleaning all that i could see it seemed to be fine for about a month. Then it blew the trans because the vent tube was plugged and the tranny and tranny cooler was STILL covered in mud. I could not belive when he showed me the old cooler and it looked like it wasnt even cleaned at all even though i made sure to get it the cleanest i could.
The picture sucks it was taken with a cell phone.

Lesson Learned: clean the coolers extremely well. If i could have redone the cleaning i would have removed the rad, removed with intercooler, removed the tranny cooler and sprayed the perfectly clean!

You like the mud so much you should help out the Sno-Snoops when they are putting in the snowmobile trails. I've heard they get pretty dirty staking some of the farm fields and swamps.
