Cruise Control
I have had a little problem with my cruise control. I bought a 06 350 FSD Crew Short Bed in January with 100 miles on it. 8 months later i have just turned 25,000. Since it was brand new my cruise controls on the steering wheel seem to be messed up. Sometimes it will work fine, but most of the time when i push the decel button it speeds up. I have not taken it to the dealer i was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem.

Sounds like a flaky switch or clockspring in the steering wheel. Either way, get the dealer to fix it if still under warranty.

it effects all Sd 's the same sw and harness is still being used in the new trucks also!
they are handling the older ones first,because the age of the switch is a factor in having the problem.
this is directly from a Ford eng involved with recall.
As I said before get it to the dealer for them to look at.
