Backspacing question for stock rims?

Anyone know the backspacing for the stock 16" rims on a 1998 ford f-150 4x4? Im interested in it because I plan on getting some 16x8 Mickey Thompson Classic 2 rims with a backspacing of 3 3/4" with a 285/75/16 tire on stock suspension. Would their be a rubbing issue?
