that's pretty much the same response I got from CT... none of the homegrown stuff interested them...but when I offered something that had an advertisers product in it... they were interested.

CCT on the other hand had printed several of my things on home grown or just humor/observation... i.e. "trials of a first time builder" .. but that was back when Rich was on top of the masthead...

I favor CCT more than CT... but it's just my preference... they get their paychecks from the same place... ALL the truck magazines are getting more into advertiser promoters than homebuilder helpers... it's too bad for us tinkerin' types..
