My truck is stuck in 4H. When I try to change it on the dash I don't hear that familiar click...click. Is it the dash switch or the motor or Solenoid. Not sure what it is called. If it is the latter , Is it easy to replace?

Have you checked all the fuses?
Do the 4x4 lights on the dash come on?

 

Yes. The 4H light stays on all the time even when I put truck in neutral foot on brake and turn it to 2H and then 4L.

 

I have also checked all the fuses.
