4R100 glitch
2000 F250 2wd V10, recently while going up a hill on the interstate, I was on cruise control, it downshifted to maintain speed and I noticed when going back down the hill it did not upshift. I released cruise control and let off the gas slightly and it up shifted normally.It then puked some fluid out of the vent, so it got hot for the short time it would not shift. It did it one other time [puke fluid] and it did not upshift after downshifting,same thing. What could be causing this? The trans works great, except for these two hiccups.It seems when it does not upshift,something is stuck and it makes it puke fluid. This all takes place in a couple of minutes or less.
