Truck bed question
I have a friend who has a 88 f-250 and he is taking off his 8-ft bed and making the truck into a dump truck. I own a 77 f-250 which currently has a flat bed on it.
My question is would I be able to use his truck bed on my truck? I handle making minor changes if need be.

it could be made to fit but your body lines will be way off. I personally think it looks worse than a beat up rusted out 73-79 bed but thats me. But back to you question. The holes will need to be redrilled to match your holes in the frame or body mounts will need to be made to use thr existing holes in the bed. I have never done this before so I cant give you exact measurements but the holes will need to be modified.
