Urgent '91 300/6 vs '72(in a 65) 300/6 swap Q's

I can get a '91 block to replace the '72 which is giving me nothing but problems, and need to know if the intake, dizzy, clutch and motor mounts from the '72 will work on the newer block? I have to snag this engine by tuesday or it will be gone and I have been desperately looking for a replacment engine. Thanks-Mike

I think the 91 head will be slightly different to accamodate fuel injection but the block should be the same. If the price is right grab it and use the head for a core.
