I'd rather try the atf/acetone cocktail on her. Really hard not to leave prints with that sticky ol' honey. A friend bought me a bumper sticker that said " I still miss my ex wife, but my aim is getting better". Ill get some atf and acetone this weekend. Thanks!

Question about the molasses. What do you do to clean out an engine after bathing it in the stuff?

Solvent, Gas, Diesel, Presser wash and like that. After the solvent solution
haul it down to the car wash and wash it out good. Than rinse with clean
solvent again to displace the water.

I found this thread I realize it's kind of old but I have 3 or 4 flatties that have unfortunately been out inside some what covered and uncovered but almost positive they are gonna be rusted together pretty good. I have no use for them anymore and I CAN NOT bring myself to take them to the scrap yard. Also was wondering if any body might be interested in them I can get some pictures if any one is interested with messing with them.

I know old thread I broke a a stuck 7.3 diesel and a just this week a 4 cyl gas engine using the atf acetone mix. Just filled each cylinder full and let them set from any where from 24 to 48 hrs. Used pry bar and worked them back and forth until they would roll through. Good luck.
