Hello everyone , I really enjoy this dedicated ford truck site, okay I am restoring a 1970 Xlt ranger and need a litle help, I know ive come to the right place for answers, where can i buy a set of headers for a 351 C for this year of my truck a 1970 I know the cleveland didnt come out in this year in the f100 just wondering if the modified 351 headers would work off of a later 70s f100 or is there a difference in the engine area, appreciateany help if someone might have tried this .... Thanks

 

I'm not sure if headers from a mod. engine will work on the cleveland.I'm sure they have the same bolt patern but clearing the frame and other obstuctions is the problem you will face. Call a headers company and ask there tech. dept. They may be able to answer your question, or buy a set and try them. If they don't fit try selling them on e-bay or other internet auction site. I sold two sets that way tring to find headers to fit my '69 f-100/351w.
