Electric fans work great on light duty applications.
the rest of the quotes math was incorrect.
electric motors generate electricity.therefore a direct relationship between hp a mechanical robs for it's cfm at high revs, in no way reflects the cfm rating of an e-fan.not it's start up current draw,nor it's continual use draw.
your trying to compare apples to oranges doing math like this,obviously.800amp alternator.seriously? that's poor research on anyone's part (none,most likely.) there's just no need for such silly postings.they help no one.

here are some of it's normal activities.keep in mind,this truck tips the certified scales at over 8k lbs empty.
