Creston usually has an antique tractor pull on the Fourth of July, but I haven't seen anything on paper yet. In addition, just down the hill from the pulls is the old tyme power show, with hit-and-miss engines and a steam engine or two. I think Clearfield has a truck and tractor pull, but I don't know when. I'll keep looking and update when I find some info for you.
I know that Red Oak is on 07/02 @ 6:00, Bedford is on 07/14 @ 7:00, and Malvern is 07/23 @7:00. These are TSPA and NPPA sanctioned pulls. I also know that IAMO is having a pull in New Market on 07/04 (don't remember what time but could get it for you if needed. Hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else. We are planning to be at Red Oak and Malvern (assuming we get her put together and she holds). We will have the Yes Deere... 2wd truck.
After looking where you are located, you may want to check out the ECITPA.

I see Marengo is scheduled for 2, but I would bet on just the one... they have been having it separate from the county fair for a few years now... I also notice the Jones County fair isn't on there either.. but they are having an NTPA pull...
