I have a leak in the AC system on a 5.4L. Can anyone tell me what this part actually is??

It's called the "manifold and tube assy" in the service documentation and carries a root part number of 19D734. You will need to contact a dealer parts department or other with full access to the parts sytem to get the prefix and suffix to the part number and to get a price.
