engine dying without warning

Has it cut out on them .while test driving ?
Before you move the MH from their lot.Make sure you have it in writing that they talked to Ford engineering on it ! The MH division is different depending on what chassis it is in. Is this a F53 chasis or F450 class C?
This sounds like a faulty sensor rather than in the pcm.
again depending on what chassis its in.
The newer ones use fly by wire go pedal and stepper motors to open the throttle body
Have they changed
the gas pedal assm.

Chk your repair order for what they have done and let us know
I still wouldn't move it untill you have another dealer thats going to look at it.

I had to pick it up today and take it to the RV repair center--lots of other stuff wrong with the unit including a full black water tank that can't be drained--they will have it for about 10 to 12 days depending on parts and labor--it did not stop on the way over from the ford dealer--it is a class C--450 chassis--so far it will have been in the shop for 24 days out of 5 months of ownership--anyone have any experience with Lemon Laws--need to know where I stand if the problems continue--they admit they can't find or fix the problem and "it will probably reoccure--drive careful and don't take it to the mountains or in traffic" --I seem to be in a very unusual position--any help will be appreciated--thanks

as to lemon laws look in your local phone book and find were to contact the states information center for it.
at 24 days you are at the point of writting a letter to the builder and ford saying last chance i am filing lemon . most states say 3 trys and 28 days.then a reg. mail letter of notice of last chance. to the manufactorer also check for lawyers who specialize in lemon law cases. esp since it's a motor home the matter may be different. should also be information in your owners manual information packett.
