04 f150 high beams

Hello, I am having some problems with my 2004 F150 high beams. The high beams do not function at all yet the indicator on the dash works. I have checked all the fuses and relays mentioned in the owners manual to no avail. I have also noticed that the fog lights do not come back on when using the flash to pass, they simply turn off and stay off and have to be turned back on by pushing the switch in and out. This leads me to believe that it is something other than 2 burnt out filaments when the low beams work fine. The fog light relay checks out good as well. Does anyone have any advice on this?

Thanks,
Chris

Did you ever have a DRL (Day Running Lamps) module installed (option)? Maybe that could malfunctioning? Or the Multi-Function Switch is starting to act up? I'd probably sit down with a set of (lighting) wiring schematics and a wire probing tool to ensure the voltage and signals are getting to where they should be going... You should be able to test the MFS in a similar manner (voltmeter).
