Yeah, I hear that. The wife and I have been discussing what we will do when we retire. I have no intention of staying in Nebraska, the taxes would kill us. I'd love to get a place on Table rock lake somewhere. It would be expensive initially, but the taxes are pretty low. Better weather too!
