Stuff Going on South of I-80...
but North of I-64
I live in the West-Central area of the state. Anyone know of things going on in this vicinity?
Last Friday Quincy hosted a Monster Truck something-or-other. Last week the Sangamon Co. Fair (New Berlin) was going on; Joe Nichols one night and Travis Tritt another. Just $10 to get in per person, then everything is free after that (other than games and food/beverages). This weekend is Heritage Days in Macomb, and PinHook Days has got to be soon in Industry.
Starting the 29th the Schuyler County Fair in Rushville will be going on. Everything is NOT free once you pay at the gate, and there will be no big name celebrities, but there will be a mud sling, demo derby and I think motocross races.
So what's going on where you are?
