I've always wondered why the "vent" setting air was so much hotter than the ambient outside air. Now I know. My 05 has the vacuum solenoid from the factory so I unplugged the vacuum line (so it wouldn't interfere with my zipties), plug the line and ziptied the solenoid closed so it stays shut until I hook it up again. Mainly used to tow the racecar and we don't race in the winter so it will be a twice a year thing at most. Going racing this weekend so I'll see how it works on this trip. Easy nuff....
