I recently purchased 69' F250 Ranger and the guy who I bought it from gave me a complete driver's door assembly. It is a complete door assembly, used of course, but is really nice shape, all glass and mechanisms in place, lock, stainless camper style mirror. It is from a plainer truck than mine, does not have much trim on exterior and only simple armrest inside. There is some damage at the very bottom of the door, looks like it was damage off the truck. Otherwise, it looks like you could bolt it on and drive away. I would be willing to give it to anyone who would pick it up in Los Angeles, 90065 area.
