I recently read on this forum (I think) that the correct dip stick is 1824405C1 (Ford F4TZ-6750-E). The wrong dip stick is 1820068C1...it reads 2 quarts too low. I checked mine...it's 1825154C2. This FYI...not sure what to think re this but mine seems to be reading correct given how much oil I put in during oil changes.

 

1825154C2 is what mine says, too.

And, like you, I believe mine reads correct, given the amounts used at oil changes.
