S/C my 302 or a 351/360 swap?

Hi, I have a 95' F150 4X4. I have 150K on my strong running 302. I have the following mods done to my truck, just to give you an idea what I'm working with. K&N cold air intake, Taylor 8.8mm wires, MSD HEI cap n' rotor, Ford Racing shorty headers to 2.5" straight, 3" suspension lift and 32" BFG's. There was a Jet performance racing chip installed until it fried, but I think it is still having an effect on my motor because I lost my governer and the rev limiter. I'm building this as a trail and hill climbing machine.
I'm looking at a Powerdyne supercharger or a custom remanufactured 351/360 from Promar precision engines. If I go the supercharger route, I'm looking at a beefier cam, if I go 351/360 FI, i'm looking at porting the upper and lower to the heads...

Any suggestions? The current 302 just screams, but just isnt enough for cresting over some hills... I'd also be willing to look into regearing w/lockers..

Putting boost on a 150K miles motor is not a thing I would recommend.

I'd go for the 351. Torque will be a much needed thing in what you are trying to accomplish. That little 302 is a great motor, but if you want grunt, the longer stroke will help tremedously.

Ok, I think the cost is around the same for either route. In that case, does anybody have a suggestion on what intake I should look for or is that somthnig for another forum?

I really want to stay with EFI for those odd angles I'll be driving at. I plan on meeting the motor with a C6
