wheel alinment

The other day while truck was parked and the front wheels were turned slightly to the left. I noticed the passenger tire was leaning in at the top about 2"
the one on the drivers side was stright

any clue

Year and model would help, as well as whether it's a 4x4 or not.

Generally speaking, that's not out of the ordinary for a TTB or twin I-beam truck.

That would be your TOOT (Toe out on turns) combined with your camber. It is not uncommon on trucks of that age with the TTB or independant suspension.
