Question Balancing turbo question
Do I need to balance the centersection on my T04B after changing compressorwheel and turbinewheel? They seems to be prebalanced since there are grindmarks.

Generally speaking, no. Most compressor/turbine wheels come balanced at least if you order parts made by mitsubishi, garrett, and so on.
